As the Labour Party’s (LP) candidate for president in 2023, Peter Obi has stated he does not think the recent bombing in Kaduna was God’s will.
In a Sunday speech, Peter Obi called on governments and well-meaning Nigerians to assist in laying the groundwork for the compensation of the families impacted by the incident and similar past occurrences.
Remember that the Nigerian Army caused a bombing incident last week that resulted in no fewer than 87 deaths and 76 injuries?
In response, Obi demanded that in order to prevent future innocent deaths, security agencies collaborate with trustworthy human intelligence reports from the ground prior to any offensive attack.
“The bombing that occurred in Kaduna and claimed the lives of approximately 120 people was never an act of God,” he declared. I reject that as true.
