Actor and media personality Adeyemi Idowu, popularly known as Yhemolee, has attacked musician Lil Frosh for being the target of a N200 million defamation lawsuit.
According to reports, Lil Frosh recently accused Yhemolee of hitting him for failing to meet him.
Now, the singer is being sued by the actor for slander.
“The past few days have been a whole lot as I have been falsely accused continuously by @lhilfroshgram which has led to multiple death threats from random people. My timeline has been a mess for over 72 hours for something I’m clearly innocent of,” Yhemolee wrote in the caption of a copy of the lawsuit that he posted on Instagram.
This is a notification for @lhilfroshgram’s pre-action.
“Please read the letter from my attorney that is attached.”
Yhemolee sought N200 million in damages, a retraction, and a public apology in the lawsuit.
The suit added: “Take notice that you are to fully comply with the above demands within Fourteen (14) days from the date of your receipt of this letter, or from the day you are given constructive notice of same.
“And take further notice that we have the definite instructions of our Client to commence legal proceedings against you if you fail, neglect or refuse to comply fully with the demands articulated above.”
