According to the Ekiti State Police Command, an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the reported death of a farmer by a deaf and dumb individual has started.
Tuesday night’s incident took place at the Agbado Ekiti neighborhood’s Ipole Farm Settlement in the Ayekire Local Council Development Area.
Further information showed that Sunday Alabi, the deaf and dumb man, was accosted by the dead, who went by the name Sikiru (also known as Badoo), accusing him of regularly looting his farm of food.

According to more details, other farmers in the region were lured to Sikiru’s cry for help, and they ultimately overwhelmed and apprehended Alabi, handing him over to the authorities.
The command’s spokesman, DSP Sunday Abutu, verified the incident and said they had the attacker.
