Rivers United will play Academica do Lobito of Angola on Sunday in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo is the planned venue for the Group C matchday one match.
The match is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Nigerian time.
The other group match would pit Dreams FC of Ghana against Club Africain of Tunisia.
The two groups’ best teams advance to the quarterfinals.
Last season, Rivers United advanced to the round of eight.
