The US government has found a solution to the passport production dilemma.
Passport services have allegedly been restored at the three missions located in the United States.
According to a public notice displayed in the Nigerian Embassy in Washington, DC, all passport applicants who were previously scheduled for biometric capture are anticipated to visit the mission on Monday.
All biometric capture appointments for applicants planned from Monday, November 13 to Thursday, November 16 have been postponed, according to the public announcement.
The notification states that the capture date has been moved from Monday, November 20, 2023, to Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
It said, “The affected applicants can visit the Embassy on any day.”
