A significant advantage has been granted to Manchester United ahead of their Premier League match this coming weekend against Manchester City.
Within the next ten days, Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who is getting closer to full fitness, may make a comeback to the team.
The Daily Mail claims that Wan-Bissaka is getting close to making a comeback after starting to train again on the grass at Carrington.
If the last phases of his recovery proceed as planned, it is hoped that the 25-year-old will be fully recovered and available in a few days.
After being substituted on late in the game, Wan-Bissaka suffered a hamstring injury in the final moments of Man United’s loss to Brighton, and has not played for Erik ten Hag’s team since the middle of September.
The Red Devils have felt Wan-Bissaka’s absence greatly, with midfielder Sofyan Amrabat even having to step in at full-back due to injuries to Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia, and Sergio Reguilon.
Wan-Bissaka’s return to the starting lineup, though, might not be too long for the Red Devils to wait. Diogo Dalot could then play left-back until Shaw returns from injury.
