Primate Elijah Ayodele, the head of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, compared the controversial Islamic scholar Sheikh Ahmad Gumi to the Nigerian Taliban.
Gumi, according to Ayodele, intends to use the disagreement with Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, to ignite a religious uprising in Nigeria.
The Islamic professor needs to get medical examinations since it is clear from his unguarded utterances that something is wrong with him, according to a statement by his media assistant Oluwatosin Osho.
”People like Gumi are terrible powers that may destabilize Nigeria, the man is up to something,” says Ayodele. To prevent this threat from destroying the nation, President Tinubu must take all necessary measures.
“I don’t see any distinction between Gumi and the Taliban; he is just another Taliban from Nigeria.” He should get an MRI, in my opinion. He shouldn’t cause a religious uprising in the nation by exploiting Wike’s problem.
After the former governor met with an Israeli representative in Abuja and discussed plans to work with Israel on security matters, Gumi demanded Wike’s resignation as FCT Minister.
Wike was referred to by the Islamic scholar as a devil, and he said that Christians shouldn’t be trusted with the nation’s security.
