Popular OAP Oladotun Ojuolape, also known as Do2dtun, has responded to the court ruling preventing him from disparaging musician D’banj, the brother of his ex-wife.
Do2dtun has turned to social media to drag D’banj after the custody battle with Taiwo, his former wife, and claims that the musician made his life miserable when he was still married to his sister.
Do2dtun had disclosed court records demonstrating that a judge had granted him and Taiwo joint custody after making a favorable decision.
Do2dtun was reportedly prohibited from criticizing D’banj in any way on social media by the Chief District Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja.
The court also mandated that the Force Intelligence Bureau’s Deputy Inspector General of Police look into a criminal complaint filed by D’banj against Do2dtun within two weeks and provide a report to the court.
Do2dtun responded to the news in an Instagram post by noting that he has yet to visit his children and accusing D’banj of waging a power struggle with him.
If only everyone would follow court instructions, the OAP wrote. We are not coming. You requested mediation, so I stayed quiet. You are fully aware of what I was saying and that I wasn’t mistaken, but the Power game has come up once again.
“I still haven’t seen my children. That is the objective for me. I’m not concerned about any of these. Focused!!
You and I both understand that you need that Bread Abi, which is why you don’t want me to talk. You want your life to be YELLOW while you want mine to be dark and uneven!
“Over the grave. Give me my children and let me live in peace. We wouldn’t be here if everyone had followed “A SIMPLE COURT ORDER.” Let’s all say our goodbyes and do the right thing. You won’t mistreat me. People head to the police station. Let’s go for it.
