Prior to his return to Chelsea this weekend, former France defender William Gallas asserted that Kai Havertz is already fighting to save his Arsenal career.
This summer, Havertz signed a £65 million contract with the Gunners.
The German international has had trouble making an impression since moving to the Emirates.
However, Havertz scored his first Arsenal goal against Bournemouth before the international break, and he also assisted in setting up Gabriel Martinelli’s game-winning goal against Manchester City.
Gallas, meanwhile, is not a fan of his contributions thus far.
“So far, I haven’t been impressed by Kai Havertz.
“Since he joined Arsenal, he has done nothing. Although he may have scored, Martin Odegaard merely permitted him to take a shot.
