Sam Adeyemi, senior pastor of Daystar Christian Center, stated that if elected president or governor of any state, he would address Nigerians every week.
Adeyemi, a specialist in leadership management, made this statement on Monday while discussing his ideas for enhancing the leadership culture on Channels Television’s Sunrise Daily.
The 56-year-old preacher emphasized the importance of leaders at all levels of government speaking directly to the populace in order to foster a culture of accountability for Nigeria’s future.
“If I were the president or governor of Nigeria, I would address the nation every Sunday night or Monday,” Adeyemi said. I’ll sell the concept of development even if it takes me only five minutes.
He also emphasized the significance of working together to advance the country.
We have allowed individuals in positions of authority to determine our course of action for far too long, Adeyemi said. We must start the transformation process ourselves, starting at the individual level, if they are not willing to do so.
The head pastor of Daystar Church emphasized that the next crucial step is communication.
He claims that the rise of social media and the accessibility of advanced communication tools have given the younger generation unheard-of opportunity to spread their message.
He declared, “Your phone today is your radio station and your television station.”
The leadership expert urged government representatives, particularly those in the military, to take the initiative in promoting a developed Nigeria.
