Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, led a delegation to survey the bottleneck on the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway at the Mile-2 Bus Stop on Friday.
The recurrence of traffic around the Mile-2 axis, caused by trucks’ careless parking, has recently drawn public concern. This has put countless drivers and locals on the road through hardship.
The governor, who is touring the axis, stopped at the Mile-2 Bus Stop Ramp and had a conversation with some of the operators on the need of upholding order in the axis.
Around 1.40 pm, he arrived at the spot, and Sanwo-olu left for Lagos State House, Marina after doing a quick inspection and speaking with the operators.
