Six of Chelsea’s players have received injury updates from manager Mauricio Pochettino before of Sunday’s Premier League match against Aston Villa.
The Blues will host Unai Emery’s team hoping to resume their winning ways.
Pochettino is hoping that several of his first-team players will be able to participate in the match.
“We must evaluate Moses Caicedo tomorrow. Up until today, he was exercising alone rather than with the squad.
“Noni [Madueke] participated in training throughout the week. Perhaps we still require a day.
“Reece James and Benoit Badiashile were working out together. James and [Carney] Chukwuemeka will soon join the team and begin training, according to Pochettino.
“Perhaps [Armando] Broja can play a role.
