Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has expressed his joy on the signing of a new contract by midfielder Martin Odegaard.
On Friday, Arsenal announced that Odegaard has renewed his long-term contract with the club.
The 2021 season saw the Norwegian international move from Real Madrid to Arsenal.
Arteta responded by stating that Odegaard thoroughly merits the new contract.
