Inter Milan is the only team capable of challenging Napoli for the Serie A championship (Scudetto) this year, according to former Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni.
Remember that Napoli won the championship the previous year, beating out teams like Inter Milan, AC Milan, Lazio, and Roma, among others.
Inter Milan currently leads the Serie A standings this season with 9 points after three games.
They are in front of Juventus in third place and AC Milan in second place.
Napoli, however, has six points after three games and is now in sixth place.
Stramaccioni stated, “I like Inter and Milan, speaking to Il Mattino. The Romans and Juventus, who lack the best personnel but possess no championships, come in last place, then all the others. Fiorentina and Atlanta might make excellent outsiders.
“Do Milan really have a shot at winning the Scudetto? Considering what Napoli has demonstrated thus far, Inter is the only team that can truly challenge them.
