She commented, “Last week in Berlin @thehertieschool teaching Good Financial Governance to a wonderful class of Development professionals from GIZ @giz_gmbh has me reiterating how ferociously vital it is for countries- especially in Africa- to correct the intransigent terrible management of public finances.
