Nigerian President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been hailed by prophet Godwin Ikuru of the Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry as a heavenly figurehead appointed by God to lead Nigeria towards prosperity and unification.
He made this statement yesterday in Abuja while presiding over a special session on the status of the nation and leading national prayers.
Prophet Ikuru declared, “I have enormous trust in my nation and its leadership, especially our President, whom I feel has been sent by God to lead us.
The cleric is adamant that President Tinubu’s administration would bring wealth to Nigeria.
Therefore, he asked Nigerians to maintain their composure despite the current gasoline crisis, highlighting the President’s strategic decision to eliminate petroleum subsidies.
“To resolve the problems of the palliatives, the President revoked the subsidy. He said, “I implore the people to have trust in our astute and competent leader.
Prophet Ikuru emphasised the President’s prior accomplishments as governor of Lagos State, which he turned into a popular tourist destination, in his speech.
“He was able to turn Lagos State into a ray of hope for Nigeria. Foreigners are lured to Lagos State’s appeal because people there really adore it, he claimed.
The Prophet also used the occasion to call for cooperation among all political parties, stressing that bringing Nigeria to the forefront of the world demands teamwork.
Prophet Ikuru stated, “To achieve this, a mixture of unity and love in our endeavours to create a country that captivates the world’s attention is required.
Regarding the provision of gasoline, the Prophet launched his “fuel palliative” project, which aims to aid the least fortunate members of society. The effort entails visiting numerous filling stations to distribute petrol to residents.
The Prophet considered the problems with Nigeria’s refineries and voiced faith in the President’s capacity to address them.
“In Nigeria, a very effective refinery will soon be in operation. The majority who are poor would gain from a drop in prices as a result, he said.
Prophet Ikuru finished by urging enhanced national security measures and equitable palliative distribution across states.
He advised, “We should look at how other nations are enhancing security and think about putting comparable measures in place.
Additionally, he asked the President to devise practical means of personally assisting the people in every state in the union.
Prophet Ikuru added, “I pray for the President to have divine health and precise understanding in order to move Nigeria forward.”
